When Shirogane sees Suzu making an attempt to kiss Matsuri, he uses being at a special shrine as an excuse to cut them off. After the battle with Hinojiki, who inadvertently undid the Gender Bender jutsu afflicting Matsuri, the latter tells Suzu that he desires to do something whereas he's a guy before the jutsu kicks back in.
