I think that what you posted was very reasonable. However, what about this? what if you wrote a catchier title? I am not suggesting your information is not good, but suppose you added a post title to maybe get people's attention? I mean Advice For Choosing Or Renting Beauty Salon Real Estate is kinda vanilla. You might look at Yahoo's front page and note how they write post titles to get viewers to click. You might add a related video or a pic or two to get readers excited about what you've got to say. Just my opinion, it might bring your posts a little livelier.
