The first Jagger/Richards composition to succeed in number one on the UK singles charts was "The Last Time" (launched in February 1965); it went to number 9 in the US. The US version of the LP Out of Our Heads (launched in July 1965) also went to number 1; it included seven authentic songs (three Jagger/Richards numbers and four credited to Nanker Phelge). Edmund Finney's Quest to find the Meaning of Life (Abandoned) Surreal adventures of a globetrotter in a messed-up model of our world. I could not discover a legit version of the music video. The Seattle and Olympia, Washington music scenes within the Pacific Northwest had refined do it yourself (DIY) infrastructure. The sequence described alleged LSD events hosted by The Moody Blues and attended by high stars together with The Who's Pete Townshend and Cream's Ginger Baker, and alleged admissions of drug use by main pop musicians. Issued in the US in June 1965, it spent four weeks at the highest of the charts there, establishing the Stones as a worldwide premier act. Jagger and Richards were tried at the end of June.
